Edition Windows 11 Home Version 24H2 Installed on 14/06/2024 OS build 26100.4946 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.197.0 Capacities v1.52.6; none none; Windows v10; Chrome v134.0.6998.88 (WebKit v537.36); Desktop (Electron); 8/31/2025, 2:34:59 PM; en (Australia/Adelaide, UTC+9.5) I have noticed a peculiar issue with calendar integrations that occurs on the first day of each month. I am using both Google Calendar (personal Google One account not Google Workspace) and Microsoft Outlook (personal Microsoft 365 Family Subscription). Full day events and multi-day events do not appear to be impacted. I am based in Adelaide, South Australia - time zone is UTC + 9:30. All dates in this post are recorded as DD/MM/YY or DD/MM/YYYY. For any events that either: (a) start on the preceding day (i.e. last day of the month) and continue on over and past midnight into the morning of the next data (being the first day of the month - e.g. meeting starts at 5:00pm on Sunday 31/08/2025 and finishes at 1:00am on Monday 01/09/2025), or (b) the event starts and finishes between midnight and the time zone offset of the location (i.e. 9:30am in this instance) then ... the event is not synchronized from the calendar to Capacities at all. GOOGLE CALENDAR I tested this by creating several events in Google Calendar to determine this ... 1.1 An existing event [17:00 Sun 31/08/25 to 01:00 Mon 01/09/25] DOES NOT display at all on Capacities calendar Mon 01/09/25 (i.e. should be displayed for the period 00:00 - 01:00). The first part of the event on Sun 31/08/25 displays on the Capacities calendar for Sun 31/08/25 as 17:00 - 00:00. 1.2 A duplicate event extended from 17:00 Sun 31/08/25 to 09:30 Mon 01/09/25 - DOES NOT display at all the event period from 00:00 - 09:30 on Mon 01/09/25. 1.3 A duplicate event extended from 17:00 Sun 31/08/25 to 09:31 Mon 01/09/25 - DOES display the event period from 00:00 - 09:31 on Mon 01/09/25. 2.1 A new event from 09:25 Mon 01/09/25 to 09:30 Mon 01/09/25 - DOES NOT display at all within Capacities Calendar 2.2 A new event from 09:25 Mon 01/09/25 to 09:31 Mon 01/09/25 - DOES display within Capacities Calendar OUTLOOK CALENDAR For Outlook Calendar, there is also incorrect and similar behavior (for events scheduled over midnight and that occur completely with the period of midnight-to-09:29 are impacted), however, the 'threshold time' differs by 1 minute - an Outlook Calendar event that finishes at 09:30 (i.e. event is Mon 01/09/25 09:25-09:30) DOES display in Capacities Calendar, however, an Outlook Calendar event that finishes at 09:29 (i.e. event is Mon 01/09/25 09:25-09:29) DOES NOT display at all in Capacities Calendar.
