Select Multiple Shortcut (Ctrl + ⇑ + Click) is not working on Windows or Web

This is a very critical shortcut for bulk actions but it isn't working anymore.
Only manually clicking on Select Multiple is the only option available.
Please fix it.

I confirm that the bug is still there. I use the Win desktop app, the shortcut never worked for me.

In web (tried this in Edge and Brave browsers, the shortcut CTRL+SHIFT+click to multiselect items does not work, when selecting objects (e. g. in object type views, like Not Tagged - in list, tables, anywhere), while the CRTL+A shortcut does work. It only fails for objects - when I open an object, for selecting blocks the CTRL+SHIFT+click does work as intended.

Beth Forced refreshing (CTRL+F5) doesn't help. What perplexes me is that when I open the note, the shortcut works for selecting multiple blocks - it's just I cannot multiselect objects in list, wall etc. view (but CTRL+A does work for them).
I am on Windows 11, tried it in both Edge and Brave - chromium based browsers, tried even to disable all browser extensions - nothing helps.

Forced refreshing on Web (Chromebook) is the only way to make CTRL+SHIFT+CLICK work.
Prerequisite: CTRL+SHIFT+CLICK needs to be the very first operation right after refresh. Otherwise I have to refresh again.

Multi-select is broken. I cannot select multiple objects of any kind in my databases of built-in objects or custom objects.
I was trying out the new Kanban view -- and that's when I first noticed the problem. I tried switching to other views (list, table, etc) and I also turned off grouping. No matter what I do, nothing happens when I CTRL+SHIFT + left mouse click on items.

Beth Nope. I have to activate the function 'manually' via the ... menu. Just holding Ctrl + Shift and clicking on the object doesn't work.

Beth, also, if I right-click on an object and choose the only available option in the context menu, which is Select All, it doesn't do anything.

I just noticed another bug regarding multiselect (btw. holding ctrl+shift still does not work) - the checkbox (which I suppose is meant for multi-select) is obscured by "three dots" menu, so you can't click on it, since it is automatically obscured by this menu button. See video attached.

Vector Rilke Can you please share some screen recording of this behaviour? (I suppose having videos of this behaviour from multiple users will help the team understand and debug the issue better)

Beth No, I am just clicking on the Images object, Weblink object, or any other object (including pinned Queries). When I try to select multiple items for bulk actions—such as deleting or tagging them—the keyboard shortcut no longer works at all. I used this shortcut extensively before, but now the only way to multi-select is by manually clicking the “Select Multiple” option in the interface

Beth I’ve tried reloading both the browser and the desktop versions, but unfortunately, the issue with the shortcut still persists. I regularly use this shortcut, so this is quite inconvenient—at the moment, it doesn’t seem to work in either version. I am wondering can this be a Windows specific issue?!
To help troubleshoot, I’ve emailed (to team@capacities.io) four screen recording snippets showcasing the problem. These recordings cover both versions and also demonstrate other shortcuts with similar keystroke combinations for comparison.
Please review these screen recordings and Let me know if you need any additional information from my end.
