Readwise integration doesn't work

Hi, my Readwise integration doesn't work. Could you help me, please? I've tried everything I read about this to fix it

Please follow up with more details:
- Is the manual import (Search > Import from Readwise) working?
- Has your sync tag been applied to the documents in Readwise/Reader after setting everything up in Capacities? we only import new content, not previous one - if you want to import existing highlights you need to re-tag that content. Remember syncs take around 5 minutes to happen.
- If any of the above don't work, delete the active connection in the Readwise settings and try again. Otherwise please specify which sources aren't working (reader, kobo, kindle).
