Since updating, when I try to add a new object in an embedded variable query using the "+ New" button, I always get "An error occurred" message. This is true for all object types that I have tried it on. In the console, I get this message: "Component to add to change stack does not exist. Should never occur. Needs to be fixed." The variable query uses a object select property includes "This object" filter. Here are the version details: Capacities v1.52.4; none none; Mac OS v10.15.7; Chrome v134.0.6998.88 (WebKit v537.36); Desktop (Electron); 8/14/2025, 9:11:20 AM; en (America/Phoenix, UTC-7)

Hi! I noticed that when I switch from full screen to Split View on my iPad, the Capacities app doesn’t adjust the layout correctly. The content looks zoomed in, as if it’s still in full screen. I have to manually resize or restart the app to fix it. Could this be improved in a future update?

Hi devs, this was not an issue before the last update. I use an Android phone (one ui 7.0) and Capacities is on version 1.52.6. Just wanted to flag that tables that are created directly on pages/objects no longer scroll to the right horizontally on the mobile. Only when I turn it into a Table on Capacities, am I able to use the horizontal scroll. I have attached a video.

Twice now I have clicked on the Capacities icon to find that there is nothing there, Windows report no target for the shortcut and the Capacities folder is gone, as if the app has uninstalled itself. Manually downloading the installer from the website and reinstalling restores everything Capacities 1.51.2 (now, I didn't check the last install) Windows 11 Pro version 24H2 on a Lenovo E14

MacOS 15.4 Capacities 15.2.6 Once an object is shared, it's impossible to change the sharing settings. The green shared button is not active anymore. You're obliged to cancel the sharing, then change the settings, then sharing again.

It would be great to have a context aware date field that could be filled by AI. I have some objects that I want to default to the day created or to the week created.

I have been trying to add weblinks via Supasend (external app as a quick capture) or Whatsapp but when I then check my capacities app (Macbook) it just only shows the tag and not the weblink. I have tried on the browser but also there it just shows the tag. Same for the IOS app.

Summary : When creating a weblink and adding it to a note, the behavior of clicking to the link is now inconsistent. Issue : If it's a Small Card , clicking on the link open's it in the default browser, whereas in a Wide Card it will open the Weblink object. What should happen : What used to happen if I recall correctly is : Clicking on the card (small or wide) opens the object Clicking on the link opens the link in the browser.

As i would like to use Capacities as a freelancer and therefor add personal data of my customers i would love to get a Data Processing Agreement so that i can officially use it by the GDPR. Thanks already!

Only the PDF itself is downloaded, even if I click export and then PDF (not download PDF)
