Windows 10 Taskbar Pinned App Behavior Issue

In Windows 10, when the Capacities app is pinned to the taskbar, it doesn't group with the pinned app icon after launching. It creates another instance. I don't know if its the same for Windows 11. Checked other apps and all is set and functioning correctly.

When I pin the desktop app to the taskbar and then click on it to open it it will open a second instance of the app which appears in the task bar. Not a big deal but nothing else behaves that way, all other apps open the program from the one pinned instance of the app in the taskbar.

Could you try unpinning and pinning again? Maybe it's a different reference?

I tried it twice. Even restarted computer. It remains ungrouped.
