When setting the date, would it be possible when setting time for the default time to be the current time and not 00:00 (which is kinda useless)?

When I'm setting the time, the default date is the current but when I click on the + icon to add time, it's always 00:00 which does me no good. It would be nice if it defaulted to the current local time.
