WhatsApp/Telegram only works for one day

Both work for one day, then WhatsApp and Telegram ask if I want to start the service, even though it says Active in the Settings. Frustrating to have to renew every day.

The problem has most likely been resolved. 🎉 It would be great if you could quickly reply to this ticket so we can mark it as done.

Steffen Bleher: There is a small amount of work remaining: I am setting up again the WA integration but there is no indication that the integration is active. Nevertheless when i tested it by sending myself a message it does appear in my daily notes

Rafael Segev: Ok this is weird, will look into it. Also after "Settings" > "Restart"

It worked until I changed the default space. I removed the integration and tried to set it up again but now is not even in "Active" state.

Mateo Londoño: Thanks for sharing. What does it show then?

Steffen Bleher: I think the issue is that the Telegram bot register the user code once, and there is no way to change it subsequently, i.e. a perma-bind. For example I have 2 accounts, and there is no way I can transfer my Telegram's binding to the 2nd account after I test binding to the 1st account.
The following would be some potential user stories for me:
- The Telegram Integrations in settings will show all the active integration tied to this account, like how it is for WhatsApp. Currently that's not the case for me (not sure is it because I added WhatsApp sometime ago, but Telegram today, and it broke somewhere in the middle). This help to reflect the status of the binding.
- User can run /start {token}in the direct chat to @capacitiesioBot to bind it to the new token, unbinding it to the old token in the process.
- User can run /deletein the direct chat to @capacitiesioBot to unbind it.
- User can run /start {token}in a group containing @capacitiesioBot to duplicate the bind to the same token. This means that the user can go to the Telegram integrations in settings to see multiple connections to the same Telegram account, but different groups. This way users can set different default space for each connection, achieving what Capacities.io's documentation mentioned to be possible.

Whenever I send a message via WhatsApp, I get a message about connecting WhatsApp to Capacities to get started, even though I have verified my account and linked it already. I then get to send one WhatsApp message, and then the same thing happens again. I go back into settings, it still says 'Active' by the WhatsApp line, I verify the account again with my camera on the code, and the whole thing starts again. How to solve?

@everyone, we are working on this problem. Unfortunately, I do not have any clue yet what the problem is. If could could share as many hints as possible, this would be super helpful. Also if someone could just quickly send us an email to team@capacities with "it's working now" and "it's working not anymore" that could help as well.
