Weblinks saved via Web Clipper don't have image, only blurred background.

MacOS 15.6, Capacities Desktop 1.51.2 - same with Web-App in Arc-Browser
Opening a weblink object, as e.g. Youtube video, usually (at least in my memory) presented a preview picture. Now it is only a blurred area, and a pencil, offering to pic an image.

Hi Steffen,
Apologies, but I am not happy with this response.
It worked before, and those, which had an image do not have them longer - this is valid for all weblink objects I created via web clipper usage, and implies as well your official Capacities Youtube videos, which I expect to be publicly available.
I would be pleased if you could send me an URL which is still "working", as your message implies with "some cannot", means there must be some which "can".

Some images that are not available publicly cannot be fetched. It works for most videos.

Thanks for the info via email, I've renamed this ticket and a developer will take a look.

Addition - as web clipping currently not works - I created a weblink obj. by copy/paste URL into it.
In this case the area is not empty, but contains an image, see example...

Is the video public?

Hi Beth,
yes it is - and it is the same with those which already resided in my library, so not only with new ones.
I noticed that when copying and pasting content including images from a website, the images as well do not show up (see example). Instead a link gets placed into the page. Clicking onto it (here the "calm and productive" it opens the image in the web browser, as isolated picture in presentation mode. The weblink objects should as well present a linked image - so, perhaps the same root cause?

Henry Sir: Do you have the 'always inline link' option turned on?
H

Beth: No, I don't (but I think I not changed switch), so for me, it is as before
Beth
Henry Sir: Could you send me the links to the youtube video and the webpage where the image was pasted as a link and I'll do some testing. Thanks!

Beth: sure, will send you by email...
