From my experience full clipping works so so, depending on the page. Saving the page as a pdf or screenshot of the whole page (and then make this searchable with OCR) would be the best possible version of this.

Yes please. Notion does this already.

I was shocked to find Capacities didn't have this feature already! A studio for my mind can't rely on web links, for all reasons already stated in earlier comments — context switching, ephemeral nature of web content, etc.

I would love to see the actual website copied by the web clipper, instead of just the URL being inserted into Capacities.

A use case is for example recipes, where you'd want your own database of recipes, not a database of links (that sooner or later will no longer work) to recipes.

I know there's different use cases for everybody, but this one is my current dealbreaker to jump into Capacities fully.

I am constantly saving websites, articles, how-to's, gaming walkthroughs. Content where I don't need a write-up or a self-made summary.

There's just no way to copy&paste all this manually.

Importing a site's content allows you to even further work with it. Link to it, annotate it, edit it, etc...

Agreed, this is something OneNote does better. The point of Capacities is to aggregate research, not to link to something that takes you away from Capacities and into a new browser window. And web pages disappear, links change...
