Viewport starts rubber-bending while writing with long note, divided by line-breaks, in bullet point

I am experiencing a weird issue:
So, whenever I am writing daily notes, I use bullets for each note I am taking. But sometimes, I am in the flow and just start writing in a single bullet, which can become quite long, as you can see in the video linked below. Since the bullet became super long, I decided to make some line breaks, and this is where it started to become funky:
After scrolling down to the last paragraph and then starting to write, my viewport started rubber-bending while writing, jumping up and down, and weirdly this only happens with the line-breaks in the bullet, if I remove them, the viewport sticks with the last line (if I remember correctly, it used to be possible to freely set the viewport freely🤔).
