on my mobile phone poco f3 there is an issue "view is not ready yet", it occurs in mobile app and in chrome, yet on pc it works perfectly. I have tried rebooting the app in settings, it doesn't help.

Same thing here. Samsung Galaxy Fold 7. I can see the local content counter going up like if it was downloading at 1k/s and then at some point it resets.

The Android app is not downloading any content. It says it does, but all I get is the error message "View is not ready yet". I've even created a new account because I thought there might be something off with my data. Didn't change anything. I deleted the cache, reset the app, no success. Is there anything else I can do?

Beth I actually chatted with the help bot which told me to reboot my account, but it's been rebooting since yesterday, so I think I may have made the problem worse by doing that unfortunately, haha!

Kelsey Wort: Hi, that view should be temporary whilst your content downloads. Can you screenshot what you see in Settings > Offline & Sync?
