Turning text block into object creates object name instead of content

If I have a text block in a page that I want to make an object in itself, I can click the function to turn it into something else. However when I do this, it takes that content and makes it the name of the object. This might make sense for a short string but typically if I'm doing this, I want the content to be the content of the object with a short name. I can edit the object after creating it but it would be nice if this were more intuitive.

Thanks for the report, I'll have a look. It's not the highest priority though!

Understood. Did some more testing - and it doesn't always happen. Not clear to me what determines the behavior. It might be enough to more clearly document how this should be done - whether to select text or blocks, whether to use Turn into or command palette and then new object.....
