Issues with Magic Keyboard

Transitioning from Craft to Capacities. One experience from the jump that seems odd: I'm on an iPad using the magic keyboard, I keep getting into some mode (or bug) where I can't move or place the cursor, can't select text, can't type, etc. via the keyboard. If I use touch on the iPad itself, then I can get that functionality back with the keyboard. In general, though, using Capacities on the ipad with the magic keyboard is unusable. Hopefully, I'm going something wrong, because that is a show-stopper. I am running the latest version.

Text selection with mouse/trackpad on iPad
A

Text selection on iPad using the trackpad does not work. I can use the trackpad to click buttons and everywhere else except the content area of my objects.
I can tap using my finger and so on but the mouse does not work.

Nor does it work for:

Mouse in Ipad

When using the mouse on an iPad, it doesn't allow me to select an area to type in or access objects I've already created. Last week it was working perfectly.

I have the exact same issue and was about to post a ticket when I saw this. Here is some further information to reinforce this post by Omar:
Model: iPad Pro 11-inch (M4)
iPad OS: iPadOS 18.5 (22F76)
In the latest version of the iPad app I can’t position the cursor in text easily with my trackpad/mouse while using the keyboard. In the past, I would click on the place in the text where I wanted to start typing or selecting, double click to select a word etc. This is exactly how it works in the iPad browser (as I type this feedback), so this seems to be the default iPad behavior.
For some reason, this no longer works consistently. When I click on the text nothing happens most of the time. Once the cursor is in place, I can often (not always) move the cursor to another place in the text with the trackpad/mouse. However, the only consistent way to get the cursor where I want it, is to lift my hand from the keyboard and use my finger to place the cursor.
So either restore this default iPad behavior, or if for some reason that’s not possible, the alternative is to use either shift or cmd click. Currently both of these work for block selection and you only need one of those options.

Document when opened on iPad does not go into edit mode when clicked on using Magic Keyboard trackpad.

Using the Magic Keyboard trackpad to click into the content of a page results only in being able to edit the title of the document but not the content. It is necessary to tap on the screen in the content in order to edit it. This is somewhat counter-intuitive and possibly a bug?

Same behaviour in Safari browser and Capacities app.

iOS 26 Magic Keyboard and Auto Size Bug (New Pointer)

After upgrading to iPad OS 26 I am unable to use Capacities on my iPad with the Magic Keyboard. Previously the circle pointer acted as a finger tap on the screen. This behavior is not working with the new pointer introduced in iOS 26. In addition, Capacities does not dynamically resize the UI when a window is minimized. This behavior was also present in iOS 18.x when viewing two apps simultaneously.
