Steffen Bleher: I can't modify yesterday's daily page on any platform (android, windows, or browser). I believe the problem occurred after I emailed some content to Capacities. Today's page is accessible on all platforms. The issue can be related to emailing.

Steffen Bleher: Hello! It took me a while to see your response. Today I checked the note of September 21 and the problem continues to occur, although since then it has not been repeated on the other days. I will forward the e-mails, they are research that I conducted in PubMed and sent to Capacities to organize my studies.

Débora Manzano: Hi Débora, ich could reproduce your issue. The problem is that there's too much content on one page for our synchronization system. It now shows better error handling but the problem still exists. As soon as you change that page it will show a sync failed error. We'll work on solving this problem.

Hello everyone, although I am new, I have the same problem. but without error message. Used on desktop device Windows 11 , desktop app, and Chrome browser, on a laptop, also app and browser, As well as Android device (app). none of the tags and pages is up to date and not synched. Only after I logged out and logged in did, it update and was synced. in the incognita window it worked after a new login. Unfortunately the tags with the number of occurrences are only visible after click.

Not quite. The app in the browser must be restarted. I took a recording. As a Gif file. Windows app on the left, Chrome browser on the right. I create a page with two tags. Only after clicking on the Tag does the number appear how often it occurs. The page was synchronized in the browser, but not the tags. To do this you needed to restart the app under Settings.

... I will try to recreate the type-db 'by hand', as it seems to be tied to single types... but that is just a guess.

– hust reported the same a day ago...
same symptomatics: seems very much connected to one DB / object type (maybe even collection?) – also same strange, not totally transparent behavior: somehow web-version seems to work; somehow when its´called up simultaneously things sync finally...
... but the error message in the app remains the same all the time...
there is even a strange behavior when I am restarting the app, where inbetween it refreshes two to three times, in between throwing up the message: 'you are not authenticated'.
also tried everything in the books: emptying caches, reinstalling, getting rid of playlists... etc pp. 😲 😢
( I was musing whether it´s related to a change of email-adress in the settings... but actually, while this was recent, the problem seems to have started only later down the line...)

I have this problem, too. For me, it started this afternoon in the apps on MacOS in one of my collections; changes in it aren't getting synced.
The web version is working fine for me (yet it says I have unsynced changes, and the app will sync when I'm online. Same with the iOS version. However, I am online...).
I restarted the app over and over again. I deleted the app, downloaded and installed it again, but it didn't fix the problem.

The error kept popping up last evening, even on an iPad I haven't used before.
Then I decided to log out on every device I use. I closed down the web-app on my iPad. I restarted the iOS App several times and the problem started to go away step by step. Now I can use the app on macOS again, yay.
One problem persists, however. In my daily notes I have an [Update] button. I can click it as often as I want, it's not doing anything. It still likes to sit there 🙃. Every other [Update] button I discovered in my spaces does what's it supposed to do: updating stuff 😎.

The update button allows you to pull from other devices. So if there's nothing you're missing from other devices, you don't have to click it. We'll improve the pattern soon.

After solely using the iOS app (the only one which kept working) and logging back in with the other devices the next morning, it's working fine for me since then. Not missing anything either - good to know about the update button🙏. Have a nice weekend ☀️

Steffen Bleher: hey, I can say I couldn´t resolve this bug on my side. following the hints that @Nicole graciously left here, brought no change / solution for me, unfortunately.
currently the only way forward I´d see is recreating one object type and copying over all material, which a) is just a guess (I am somehow having the impression the problem is linked to individual types); and b) ... is of course – excuse the expression – apita :-}

vision assemblies: Hm, ok. Does it happen when you navigate to that content type or also when open an object of that content type somewhere?
The mentioned problem seems to be unrelated. Cannot reproduce it...

Steffen Bleher: Sync issue just started on my end. I've added a bunch of new tags on my MacOS app and noticed they didn't appear on the web or windows app. The tags are actaully there as I can see them under the actual content, if I click on the tag it takes me to all the related tags. But if I look at my list of tags, I see only 10 (from yesterdays count) instead of seeing 17 (from today's additions). Hope you can resolve this soon.

Team, can I get some idea if this is sync issue is being worked on? This is rather major since it I can't tell if data is there or not and whether I can trust the platform in keeping information intact. I really love the app but this is a significant usability issue.
