Assigning the time required for the task and turning it into a calendar event would be fantastic. It would simplify the workflow by eliminating the step of adding a separate meeting to my calendar that blocks time for this task (similar to what James notes).

Agree completely with all of the below. The ability to sync tasks would be great, especially being able to sync my capacities tasks to my Google Calendar. That would eliminate my third party task management I use. Like Steffen, I use my Google Calendar for time management (really critical for me since I'm a consultant), and that is the only gap I have right now with Capacities

We have the integration of Capacities with Google Task. But with the new Task Management, there is indeed an opportunity to have a full/better integration without cancelling the essence of Capacities. Thanks

A request for Apple Calendar integration. My organization uses Outlook but restricts outside app usage. However I can pull in my Outlook Calendar into Apple Calendar. So if I had Capacities integration with Apple it would be wonderful. As is, the calendar integration is not useful (I do not use Google calendar)

Hi Beth, thanks for merging my post. Unfortunately, I do not research a sync of my Capacities.io tasks with a Calendar with the post I created.

What I was looking for is the ability to create Capacities tasks from calendar event, like I can create Meeting objects or Project object thanks to their date property.

I'm not saying that having a Capacities <-> Capacities Google Calendar sync is a bad idea. I do want it as well actually.

But they should be separate issues I suppose.

While waiting for the task management modal in capacities I recently started using Todoist - for the integration with Capacities abs Fantastical specifically. Would line a fantastical integration. It’s so seamless.
