Split View on iPad

Hi! I noticed that when I switch from full screen to Split View on my iPad, the Capacities app doesn’t adjust the layout correctly. The content looks zoomed in, as if it’s still in full screen. I have to manually resize or restart the app to fix it. Could this be improved in a future update?

iPad app does not wrap text when its not full screen

iPad Air; iOS 26.1; Latest iPad Capacities rev (as of 11/11/2025). iOS26 allows iPads to put app windows side by side on the screen just like my iMac. When I make the Capacities App window 1/2 screen on my iMac the content wraps to stay in the visible window.
But, on my iPad the content does not wrap. It disappears off the right edge of the Capacities window. See attached examples. The full screen on my iPad has all the content. When I drag the corners to reduce the windows size on the iPad it does not wrap the content like my iMac does.
This makes taking notes on the iPad no useful.
Please fix this bug.
Thanks, Rick

iPad Window Resizing Broken

On iPad, whether under multi-window (stage manager) or split screen view, the entire Capacities editor window is forced to the right. Meaning half the window is inaccessible. No amount of re-sizing etc. helps here. Like it’s permanently justified right.

I tried using the stage manager with an external super-wide screen. Every app works fine except for Capacities. If I place the app in one half of the screen, there’s a lot of white space, and only the left half of the text is visible, even if there’s enough space to display the entire text. With the new iPadOS 26 and the ability to dynamically resize screens, fixing this issue is crucial. The iPad app is getting me out of Capacities. I started as an early believer because of the concept, but I’m using it less and less due to its clunky UI, especially for iOS, but also for Mac in many cases.

Same here. In my case, it did not fix even after restart. The app seems not optimized for split view and floating view in iPad.
I usually take notes and research side by side. So, currently is being unusable. Please fix it.
Thank you for all the effort you are putting into it.

I agree as well, this will be so helpful if this is fixed on ipad, especially with ipadOS 26 coming out soon. I use Capacities for preparing speaking parts and delivering them, but at times need to reference other apps at the same time. Currently can't really do that right now. Or I have to use my tablet in portrait mode and use top half Capacities and bottom half the other app, because of this issue.
