On mobile, there is a lot of real estate taken up by unnecessary elements. One thing I love about bear is how you can get all of the non-content UI out of the way, to focus on getting your ideas/tasks/etc down.
  • The top header line with the "< Notes" is unnecessary. You've got a tab at the bottom that does the same action.
  • The dark mode picker does not need to be a constant element. It should be tied to the system settings, anyways.
  • The undo/redo control should be in the keyboard menu
  • The date selector feels like it could be hidden by default
