Currently, one can create collections of people, but they aren't very useful. If I have a field for people objects (eg an attendee property on meetings), collections do not show up, ie I cannot reference the collection - only individual people objects. If I instead create an attendee field that is free text, I can link via @ to a people collection. However, if I search for meetings with a name in the attendees field, search won't find meetings where that person is in the collection. That is, the collection reference can't be expanded to show individual names and Capacities doesn't seem to recognize using Search that collections include names. So in practice, the ways I'd like to use collections (similar to groups in outlook) don't work. There are several groups of people that I meet with regularly. It would be very efficient to enter the group in an attendee field and have it either expand the names or just have capacities "understand" that it consists of individual names. Neither of these happens.
