Readwise Sync Tag not working

I'm using a MacBook Pro M3, with Tahoe 26.1 operating system.
I've set up the integration of Readwise, and it's been working up until recently, but for the past week nothing is coming in - I'm seeing no new automatic imports.
I now have to go to each object and click on the 'new - import from Readwise' button, and even then, it's not showing up necessarily.
For example, under web links, it's only showing podcasts, not all the articles I have in Readwise (I've triple checked and they all have the 'capacities' tag correctly spelled).

We made some infrastructure updates that should've solved the Readwise connection issues. Please check if you're still running into trouble. You may need to re-tag content in your Reader/Readwise app.

Hi, I am observing the same issue on my end. The automated integration via sync tag is no longer working.
I tried using the auto sync of all new items, and even when adding highlights or note to trigger the sync as items without them are not synced according to doc, it doesn't work

Beth Thanks - I actually started again and tried to re-connect to Readwise, to see if that worked, but now it seems to have stopped working for me altogether. I look forward to any help you can give.

[believer here] I setup readwise-capacities integration as soon as it came out and used a special tag named "capacities-readwise". It has imported 14 documents successfully but then has stopped working. I now have 28 documents in RW tagged but only 14 objects in Capacities. Adding the tag to documents in Readwise no longer produces objects in Capacities. I tried removing and re-adding tags in Readwise as well as adding to new documents but with nothing happening. The integration appears swticed on and working in my settings.
I use both Readwise and Capacities on a Macbook Pro, an iPhone and an Android Ereader (boox). Adding/removing tags syncs across devices within Readwise but does not sync to Capacities (on any device). I assume the integration is happening via API in the backend and does not depend on the clients of either app.
I'm a software engineer and happy to provide troubleshooting support.

Yes I'm having the same problem, and I've seen a few other reports here saying the same thing. I believe that it has been marked "under review" or similar, so hopefully they'll get it sorted shortly!

I am unsure what changed with my Readwise integration. When I initially set up the integration, it worked perfectly. Any new highlights would show up in my Daily Note under the Created Today section. Nothing appears in Capacities, even with the latest highlights and notes in Readwise. Any suggestions? I considered deleting the Readwise integration setup and starting over, but I am unsure whether that is the best option. What happens to the existing notes, etc...
I am using Windows 11 and a Firefox browser. I validated the sync tag, and the "Sync all new items" option is enabled. I also tried the reboot option.

I’ve double checked and redone the connection. I’ve used the capacities sync tag correctly. For some reason most but not all books are syncing but some not. And no articles from Readwise are syncing. Can you help?
