Readwise (Beta) object types

I noticed that for web page highlights in Readwise, Capacities creates a Weblink. For book highlights in Readwise, it creates a Page. At a high level, that makes sense, but in practice I don't think it does. Both the Weblink and the Page link back only to Readwise, not to the original content. So the two objects really do the same thing. If the Weblink object linked back to the original content (in addition to back to Readwise), then I would understand creating it that way, because it would do something different. But it seems to me that both should instead be Pages, because they are not functionally different.

Fix deployed

Hi Dennis Villasana,
Thank you so much for reporting! 🙏 We deployed a fix and new URLs should now be properly processed. Please let us know if that's not the case.
FYI - If you want to re-import existing content, you can delete the object and re-tag it in Readwise/Reader.

Hi Dennis, the weblink has the original link under the cover image.

Beth Thanks, but then I guess I'm reporting a bug, because the original link is not showing up for me. See attached for an example.

Dennis Villasana: Ah interesting, has it happened with any other weblinks? If you open the weblink object type in the table view, is the URL there?

Beth Hi Beth - The URL doesn't appear for any weblink I've imported using Readwise, in table view or otherwise. It does appear for those I've imported using the Capacities Web Extension. See attached.
