I would like to report an issue with keyboard shortcuts in the Capacities desktop application. When using the English keyboard layout, the shortcuts work correctly. However, when switching to Russian or Ukrainian layouts, the keyboard shortcuts stop working.

This significantly reduces convenience and efficiency for users who frequently switch between layouts.

I would appreciate it if you could consider improving support for keyboard shortcuts in Russian and Ukrainian layouts.
