Pages jump without Clicking

Hello, it happens frequently now that when I am just scrolling (NOT clicking) to get to a certain part of my page it registers this as a click and brings me to an entirely different document (often the one the mouse happened to be hovering over when it's a block reference). This means I basically cannot scroll through the page anymore without going somewhere else, so I cannot do my work. Please fix this immediately. I'm using the Mac app of capacities and the apple magic mouse (no double-tap feature for clicking or anything enabled).

The gestures can be disabled via "Settings > Editor > Disable Navigation Gestures".

Yeeting out of calendar against my will/intention

While adding content to my daily note, I often suddenly find myself in some other object, against my will and without having done anything to explicitly request such a move. This seems to happen when I'm moving my mouse. It happens once or twice a day. I'm using the Capacities downloaded app on a 2020 iMac running Sonoma 14.6.1.
If there's some setting in Capacities I need to change (making it less sensitive), please let me know! My mouse does not behave overly sensitively in other applications, so I would not want to change my mouse settings in the iMac's general settings. Thanks! Despite this and some issues navigating/copy-pasting, I love Capacities.

Hello, thank you for your feedback! It is possible that this behavior is related to the available gestures in the desktop app. After or while you are being navigated to another page, is an arrow icon displayed on one of the sides (see right side of the attached screenshot)?

Luca Joos Hi, if you mean the horizontally pointing arrow on the right side in the middle in your screenshot, no, I do not see it appear. I'm also pretty sure that it doesn't "click" on anything, often it's related with something I have in a parallel tap or that I previously clicked on. Attaching another screenshot where it navigated me to the "Going Ecological in Plant Learning" page that, as you can see, was already open in a different tab.

Luca Joos, no, there's no "next arrow" after being navigated. The jump happens too quickly for me to notice if there's a next arrow
during
the jump. Also, I'm quite sure my mouse is no where near where a "next arrow" would be. Hope that helps! And thanks for merging my post for me!Luca Joos
Ming Kuo: Could you try deactivating the navigation gestures under “Settings > Editor > Disable navigation gestures”? Does this behavior still occur?

Luca Joos, thank you -- that worked! Thank you for your help, and apologies for the delay in responding -- by the time I was confident the problem had been fixed, I couldn't remember how to reply to your post.

Ming Kuo: Glad I could help!

Steffen Bleher, I'm experiencing a similar (same?) issue -- see my Bug post beginning "Yeeting..." for details. Apologies for cluttering the feedback page -- I would have deleted my post, voted this up, and added my experience here but wasn't sure how to do that. (Also, I only got the opportunity to search through prior posts after I'd made my own -- perhaps I clicked something too quickly but you might want to set it up so that when someone wants to offer feedback, the first screen they encounter asks, "have you looked through previous posts to see if your bug/request/suggestion has already appeared?" and give users the appropriate options for Yes, no, not sure)

Ming Kuo: I've just merged the other post. Are the arrows on the sides displayed (see my comment from september 6th)?
