Outline Order out of Order

Hi, I've created a page where I sorted stuff (style 1.1.2, 1.2, 2. etc.) and somehow, even though on the page (see screenshot) my 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 are really below 2.1.1.1, in the outline it's showing those headings under 1.1.1 - in short it's showing the headings to be at a totally wrong part of the page, even though on the page itself it's correct. When I unmark the headings (transform them into normal text) and mark them back the mistake stays. Please help.

Thank you for your feedback. It looks like you are using an H2 for 2.1.2, while the other headings are H3s. The outline indents a heading in the following two cases:
- Heading with the same level (H1, H2, H3 or H4) is indented.
- Heading on the same indentation has a lower level (H1, H2, H3 or H4).
In your case, please make sure that the level of 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 is the same, so that 2.1.3 does not become a sub-item of 2.1.2.

Luca Joos Hi, no 2.1.2 is in H3, and so is 2.1.3 and 1.1.1. The mistake continues to appear, I double-checked the levels of all headings, I still don't see why it's doing that. Please see attached.

Anna Finke: Alright, I have opened the ticket again. Would it be okay if you provide me with your document so that I can reproduce the problem?

Luca Joos Sure, how do I do that? Also I'm currently still working on that page (the problem is stable, as in, adding more headings doesn't seem to make it worse in general), should I stop working on it for a bit?
