Some of the buttons in the list view have descriptive tootlips, but others do not. For empty states in particular, solving this problem could users figure out what to do, especially since the UI has a

button. Which is the right one to click?
Some ways this could be addressed:
  • Empty state: put a clear CTA for creating a new object item proximal to the "No content found" text since to help connect the action of creating content to the description of the absence of content.
  • Empty state: Hide one of the

    Add
    buttons to reduce confusion about their distinction; or similarly rename one of them.
  • All scenarios: on hovering the

    buttons, show a descriptive tooltip
