MOVE TO TOP, MOVE TO BOTTOM buttons for quick navigation within a page without need of long scrolling

For pages with many content (image, text, weblink, audio, etc) It can be very difficult to scroll manually to top or bottom.

So, a quick navigation button should appear "⬇️" when at the top of a page and "⬆️" when at the bottom of a page.

Or please at least enable the common shortcuts of CMD+Shift+ArrowUp/Down to jump to the top or bottom of the content.
