Iphone app no longer is working. When I open it I am met with a blank screen with nothing on it. Can’t access anything.

thanks for all the detailed feedback on this matter! So far, we could not reproduce the issue on any of our devices and based on a comment from Robsther Meireles it seems most likely that it is not a general bug but something specific to some accounts. To get to the bottom of it, it would be great if you could try the following to get better debugging info:
- Log in to your Capacities account in Chrome on your desktop device.
- Right-click somewhere on the screen and select "Inspect" at the bottom of the dropdown (-> opens developer tools).
- Toggle device toolbar to simulate a different device (see screenshot)
- The browser will simulate a different device. Make sure a mobile phone is selected in the list.
- Reload the browser window (this is needed to load the mobile version of Capacities)
- In the developer tools, navigate to "Console"
- Share anything that is printed in the console to the right, ideally as a screenshot. Any error message that is printed there can help us identify the issue.

I have also encountered this issue, and I have given separate feedback. I have tried all the regular methods, but they didn't solve the problem, which is very frustrating. I have also tried the guidance measures mentioned in other feedback, but it still didn't work. The device has been in a blank screen state all day and cannot start. It's an iPhone 16 Pro with iOS 26.1. The desktop version is working normally. If it's confirmed to be a server-side issue, at least add a prompt to let us know, so we don't have to repeatedly shut down, force quit the app, uninstall and reinstall the app, or change the network settings repeatedly. At least tell us that it's a recent frequent occurrence and unrelated to the client or device. We have taken a lot of ineffective measures, which have wasted a lot of time. The app crashed, and my mental state also crashed.

iOS 26.1, iphone 16 pro max, latest Capacities app. Capacities will not load. Blank screen. Quitting app will not fix, removed and reinstalled did not fix, phone reboot did not fix. This has been consistent since 21st of November.

Same problem here with Android, the screen is just white and empty. Last thing I did, was to share a web link to the Capacities app and then swiped away from the Capacities app, after that all I get is the blank white empty screen. I have tried to delete cache and app data, this only results in the login dialog showing up, but once logged in, the screen goes blank again. It seems I'm stuck in this state now.
I did the chrome / dev tools thing on desktop and there the mobile form factor appears to work. Got two 404's.
This didn't fix the issue immediately, but I did it a couple of times and then suddenly the mobile phone app worked again. As mentioned already, the last thing I did before it broke, was to share a weblink to the app, but I did not finish adding it in the app, so if this is related to missing page or something, it could be due to some step in that flow breaking.

I also encountered this issue, and it has plagued me for a couple of weeks. I followed the pinned instructions to provide a screenshot of the console and noticed a 404 Not Found error, but everything appeared to render correctly in Desktop mode.
I suspected that my mobile device's state might be stuck on a page that it thinks no longer exists.
I enabled device mode in the developer tools and saw the app render correctly. Then I navigated to a different page with device mode on.
After that, I opened the app on my iPhone, and it started working again. Hopefully, that helps some folks and gives the dev team some insight into the issue.

I have tried the following steps without success:
(1) I logged out of Capacities on the web.
(2) I logged back in and rebooted Capacities in the web app.
(3) I uninstalled the mobile app, restarted my phone, and reinstalled the mobile app onto the phone.
(4) I logged into the mobile app

A mobile app on iOS device doesn't working from 2 days, yesterday I've tried to open app on Android device and after a few seconds I've got blank page (like on the iPhone). Web version is working. What Can I do?
