Missing Search and Replace

I'm new but it seems odd that I can't seem to find any search/replace function. Is it missing or am I missing it?

This would speed-up repetitive text modification by an order of a magnitude. I'm used to having this functionality in pretty every half-decent text and code editor, and rely on this when having to rewrite large chunks of existing text.

Add "Find an Replace" functionality to the editor

This will allow to easily change multiple occurrences of a piece of text within a page.
I tried a workaround: I put the replacement text already in the clipboard before using the existing "Find" function. I figured that I could then press [Ctrl]+[V] to paste the first located occurrence, then press [Ctrl]+[G] to go to the next occurrence, and repeat until done.
However, that turned out to be impossible. Neither executing a Find nor pressing [Ctrl]+[G] puts the editing cursor in the text, so you need to explicitly click with the mouse and even select the found text manually before pasting, and repeat that for every single occurrence.
The main problems seem to be that the cursor stays in (or goes back to) the Find window and also that the found text is only highlighted but not selected like in all regular editors.

adding / detailing: it would be great to have this for all fields & the full scope of Capacities database

Agreed. I need a Find and Replace function for text in pages.
