Emails not received from email integration

I've sent an email to save@capacities.io (I copied the email address from the documentation so I could be sure it was accurate), and it's not appearing in the Calendar as expected. I am using Gmail, and have sent from the email address associated with my account.

So far today I am 5 for 5 successful. These emails came from both my account address on gmail and from my other added email address which runs through a Microsoft Exchange server.
Well done and thank you for being persistent with this.

It does seen to be more reliable though the format I see in Capacities (very long and narrow) is annoying.

It's getting there. I was able to send from my work email and my personal email accounts (both 365 hosted domains) but not my gmail-hosted domain.

I've encountered an issue where my email forwarding duplicates messages, resulting in the same email being sent twice. I've already tried resetting the settings, but the problem persists. Additionally, I noticed that the forwarding email address cannot be removed and re-added.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this?

Luca Joos yes, emails do seem to be arriving reliably (based on sending 4 different emails from different domains and with varied content). The content of the emails is still ugly as sin and effectively unusable, lol, but at least now they're getting there. Well done. Thanks!

My experience of not receiving emails forwarded to a Capacities account seems to have been solved by ensuring that the subject line includes FW:
