Issue - Setting the time using the the Date and Time Picker is too difficult, especially using AM/PM

Setting the date is ok, but setting the time is horrible by keyboard.
- The time option doesn't automatically appear. You need to click it to get an entry.
- Hours need to be entered in two digits. If you start with a single digit greater than 1, it resets to "12".
- I have not found any keyboard shortcut to enter "PM". It's a second mouse click.
So, the workflow to enter a date and time is: Mouse click, enter the time by keyboard (no picker) be careful to get the format right, then mouse-click if it's PM.
