iPhone/iOS App Reboots Continuously (While Syncing?)

My iOS iPhone app is almost useless. Whenever I launch it, it reboots continuously for anywhere from 5-20 minutes. It eventually stops if I have the patience (and battery), which makes me think it’s sync related. Once it stabilizes, it’s generally good while I’m using it continuously. If I take a break of more than a few minutes, or make a change on any other device, the cycle starts again.
A few other relevant notes:
- When I say continuously, I’d say it’s live for 3-4 seconds before it cycles.
- The cycle flashes the logo and appears to reload the app.
-I use queries extensively, in case that’s part of the issue.
-Iuse Capacities on two laptops, an iPad, and my iPhone.
- I often see numerous active iPhone sessions. When I delete those sessions it will often cause it to become stable temporarily.
- This situation has existed for quite some time. I kept thinking it would get fixed in a future release, but am now concerned that I’m an outlier case.
- I am running the latest iOS version (iPhone 16) and have deleted the app and reloaded from the App Store several times.
Let me know if there is any other information that might help address this issue as I really need a functional iPhone app.

Charles Araujo Hi, please can you check your offline and sync settings on your iPhone. If they are all green, please proceed to reboot manually on your mobile device through Settings > Account > Reboot , and let us know if the persistent refreshing stops.
