Hey Capacities, be honest and tell the people who is waiting for years now that this feature isn't coming. You falsely keep this on the list to keep people paying...

If I could project manage with Capabilities and integrate with Reclaim.AI either natively or via Zapier, this would replace atleast two apps I currently use

Your entire feature list in the description sounds INCREDIBLE. The only thing holding me back from going all-in on Capacities is the lack of skillful task management. Otherwise, this seems like the most brilliant, fluid yet structured system that works similarly to my mind. Please please please please please prioritize this higher!! Thank you 🙏🏻

Problem with current Task Actions Integration (Todoist, TickTick)

I'm a Product Manager, and Superuser in Note-taking and Productivity.

That's why things I'm writing is taken into account from different perspectives, from User (US), Builder (PM).

There is no 2 way sync, There is only one way.

But that task might get delayed, removed, added context. Tasks are rarely "just title and deadline". they will have context -> description.

Having Integration between Capacities and Ticktick / Todoist is better than Nothing. But There is still so much friction.

If friction was 100%. Right now it's, 80% -> just for imagining, I didn't measure it.

Having Native Task Management in Capacities will be Differentiator when it's compared to other Note taking apps.

Action (Todo management) + Knowledge & Context (Capacities) = Unique Niche Market.

None of the Task Tracker apps, Note taking apps will be able to compete.

Capacities has enough edges (differentiators when compared to other apps), this one will boost it even more, I think.

After 2 months, it will be solid 3 years but it's still in Planned Stage.

It would be great if even there is some kind of deadline like annual / quarterly.

"We'll work on this Task Management" in 3rd Quarter of 2025.

I'm currently considering Capacities. Is task management still going into the next major release? This feature has been stuck in "Planned" status since almost 3 years ago. I can't help but feeling uncertain about the long-term survival of Capacities.

I think tasks should have the option to be integrated into the text, that is, break the current formatting of objects so they don't interrupt paragraph writing (similar to when you name an existing element with @). And, of course, they should have their own checkbox.

This is one of the first things I was looking for when coming over as a previous Notion & Sunsama user.

Tasks as a custom object seems easy enough, tasks as an official object that mean something more across the app makes a lot more sense and could be a lot more powerful.
