Image sync unreliable

Steps to reproduce:
- Copy image from iPhone to a daily note
- Open desktop version and go to the calendar on the day of the note
The image is there on the iPhone version but on desktop I get this fail message
I've tried rebooting as suggested on another bug, but is still not working.

I am having the exact same problem. For some reason, turning on my VPN (on both devices) helps.

I have a similar problem on my Android version. After sharing a image from my Gallery I can't access it on Capacities Web and get the same message.
