Full text search does not work for me at all

Everytime I use the search and enter a keyword, I only get results in titles, never full text, although I am always online. And if I then select the Open in extend search, I get always 0 results. It happens in Edge both on iPhone and PC, in Safari on iPhone, in the iOs app. I only get title search results and extended search always returns zero.

Hopefully it would be somehow fixable, I am even willing to try and create a completely new account....If I can help you any way I can, please let me know. At this time, I cannot force myself to actually add any notes without proper way to search for them in the future:-(

Jan Dvořák: Hi Jan, we looked into this and fixing the extended search results will be part of a bigger fix. I don't think creating a new account will change anything. Have you tested on the desktop apps rather than the web apps? Has that made a difference?

Beth I have this everywhere : desktop app, web app in multiple browsers, in mobile iOS app.
My search results, be it the standard palette or extended search, only are in title and never from blocks, although I am always online.
So, no fulltext search in my case. I haven't noticed it before, as I was capturing notes and just tagging...but now I am in need to find specific information more often - and I can't, unless I remember either title or a tag. So I cannot rely on Capacities at this time:-(

Do you always use the extended search or is this even in the standard search palette? Jan Dvořák

Beth I always start with the standard palette (CTRL+P), enter the keyword, get only results for title search, then pick the Open in extended search and get 0 results.
