Feature Request - Edit PDF Properties w/in Preview Modal

Request: I would love the ability to quickly edit PDF properties from within the Preview Modal.
Reason: The current workflow (open in page ... open righthand sidebar) is a bit clunky.
Potential Solution: Replicate the Images page layout.?

Tricky problem. A PDF has a scroll container, so below is always a problem. But we have some ideas and will rework the view.
