I think I found a small bug when trying to create a tag. I have two pannels open and on the left pannel I start typing the hash to create a tag. The contextual menu shows up but, as I start typing the name of the tag, the listed items in the menu do not update. It only shows the list of objects. Also, it doesn't narrow down to match other tags or objects with similar names, much less show the option to "Create". This is the case in the first screen grab.

In the second image, I had restarted the app and only opened the daily note. I started typing a new tag and now it worked as expected.
