I used BYOK to add Perplexity to Capacities' AI features. One of the things I like about the regular Perplexity interface is that it always shows references for the material it summarizes. However, when I direct queries to Perplexity through Capacities, I see numbers for the references, but no references specifically. For example:
---
Are there any reports of the ixbge driver failing to enable both ports on a dual port 10g card?
Yes, there are multiple reports of the ixgbe driver failing to enable both ports on dual-port 10G Intel cards, such as the X540-AT2 and similar models.
On a Supermicro X9DRW-CTF31 motherboard with dual onboard X540-AT2 ports running Ubuntu 22.04, one port appears disabled on boot despite both being detected by lspci; unloading (rmmod ixgbe) and reloading (modprobe ixgbe) the driver enables both ports and resolves bonding issues.[1]

So you see the [1] but no associated link to tell you what Perplexity is referencing.
I'm attaching a screenshot of the Perplexity interface. The footnote numbers are clickable links there, unlike the results via Capacities.
Interestingly enough I got a completely different response from the Perplexity interface than I did in Capacities. That's probably due in part to the customization prompts that Perplexity uses to tune its responses to each user.
