Change URL when editing a link

When editing a link, you can only edit the link's title, not it's URL.
This means I can't go back and remove irrelevant URL query parameters (like utm_source and the like).
It also means I can't copy the URL to a video and just change the timestamp where I want it to start replaying.
And that latter is something I (want to) do quite often when I'm working through a highly quotable TED talk for example.
Please enable editing the URL as well as the title of links.

I see this is marked as Complete. How does this work? I have Windows app version 1.34.10 and I'm not seeing any updates to the behavior to allow editing of Weblink URLs. What am I missing?
Steps I'm doing:
I'm in the "Weblinks" objects. That is, click on "Weblinks" in the left sidebar. I tried a couple different ways:
Switch to Table view. Now in the URL column, try anything to edit the URL. Nothing works for me. Alt+click on the URL opens the Save As.
Switch to Gallery view. Then click on one of the pages to open the Preview popup. Then try to edit the URL from there. Same behavior with Alt+click opens the Save As prompt.

Yes I was surprised to see that the fancy new link edition popup does not allow to edit the URL, which is some essential part of the link 😅
