Capacities web-clipper will not authenticate when already signin on the arc browser

I initially had issues with the the webclipper authenticating despite loading capacities multiple times. Quitting the desktop version and signing out of web capacities, and then signing back in after clicking the link on the web clipper fixed the issue.
