Capacities FROZEN! AI Chat Unusable! Refund?!

Any time I ask AI to use current object as "context" Capacities freezes and is unusable. The whole screen is frozen. I have restarted my computer and restarted Capacites and still it doesnt work. I would like a refund if I cant even used this paid feature.

Would you mind sharing some details here in this thread? If you can, a screenshot of the development console would certainly help. Does this happen in the desktop app, browser? which browser?

Steffen Bleher Good morning. Here is a recording of my screen using two browsers (Brave & Safari) and also using the app.
Apple M2 Pro
MacOS: Sonoma 14.4.1

- Brave: webpage unresponsive error message
- Safari: Login and the page is unresponsive but I can scroll but as you can see I still cannot interact with the page.
- App: I refresh the blank page and also its unresponsive

Chris Peterson: Thanks for sharing. If you could share a screenshot of the developer console this would certainly help.
I'll look into it the issue.
One hacky solution: If you have the mobile app installed. Could you try it there? if it works, could you open the AI assistant from the purple icon in the bottom right and try to close it there.

Steffen Bleher Ok that worked via the app. But still cant use AI as it freezes when I use "context" in the chat. I will ignore AI until we can find a solution.

Steffen Bleher Ive found that when an object has a large amount of references to other objects (link to object within an object) that the "use object as context" AI feature freezes. If its just text, weblinks and images it works fine.
