Better "Trash" accessibility and features like 'sort by time of deletion', filter only "collection" or "Image" or "PDFs", Permanently Delete, multiselect actions

Current feature set of Trash is very limited.
There is no way to sort and see as per time of deletion and even the default sorting is sort of messy (no particular order)
So, it becomes impossible to understand what to restore if files like images or PDF happen to contain random numbers as their titles or just "Untitled".
Users may wish to permanently delete some items if they don't intend to keep them for the default 30 days period.
Having option to multi-select and perform actions like Restore or Permanently Delete would save time and improve interaction with the app.

Luca Joos In addition to standard functionality in many note-taking applications, such as Google Keep’s Archive and Trash/Deleted Items, a default “Archive” alongside “Trash” could enhance organizational practices within digital systems. Given the increasing popularity of frameworks like PARA, an ARCHIVE as a foundational object type would add value. If ARCHIVE were a basic object type, similar to TRASH and other default categories, it could provide users with standardized archiving behavior while also simplifying bug detection and maintenance.
Currently, DAILY NOTES serves a comparable function to an INBOX, indicating a consistent approach to managing and organizing information. ARCHIVE and TRASH could function in a similarly integrated manner, supporting efficient information management.
Presently, the process to archive items involves tagging content and applying filter rules to exclude archived items from primary views. This requires an additional step of creating a dedicated ARCHIVE page and embedding filtered objects marked with the Archive tag, introducing unnecessary complexity. By implementing an ARCHIVE as a fundamental object type, this process could be simplified. Further, similar to the “Trash” action available when selecting objects or blocks, adding an “Archive” icon would streamline user workflows and enhance overall system usability. It would be beneficial to consider this ARCHIVE concept alongside any enhancements to the TRASH functionality.
