Backup has incorrect links to files

After creating backup all links inside my documents have incorrect urls. For example all links in my document have this structure:
![Image](Media/Images/image.png)
but this is incorrect because all types of objects have their own folder (Books, Projects etc), so the correct link need to be like that: ![Image](../Media/Images/image.png)
.Please fix it!

It depends. The backup uses absolute paths to the base folder and not relative ones. Does that make sense?

Steffen Bleher I'm not sure. If you open the backup folder in any MD viewing application, then none of the images or links to the files will work, and this is a problem. That is, a person opens the backup and sees that his data is incomplete, and only those who can figure it out can fix it. Also, other applications like Notion do not suffer from this, they immediately indicate the correct link to the file or image, regardless of where it is located (though they just add the file in folder that have the same name of the original document).
It's just that your logic is different, all media files are located separately, which on the one hand simplifies their control, but on the other hand, links to them must be correct regardless of where the document that uses this media data is located.
It's just that if you make a backup, then in my understanding it should be easily transferred to any application that supports this format. But it turns out that this is impossible because the links in the files will not point to the folder with the media files, and the application will simply show that the links are broken. This is what I described initially: I open the backup and do not see my photos in the document and I need to figure out how to fix this.

Any plans to fix it?
