Backup emails not being sent

I am still not receiving backup emails. I have tried in the Chrome browser and on the desktop app on my Macbook. I've been sending to my account email and using the default options (all three boxes unchecked). I have probably generated 4 or 5 backups but have never received one email with the link to download the file.

Backup with media not working again.
I run backups on the 1st of the month, and need to include media. They were broken a while back, then got fixed and have been fixed for months, but...broken again. I get backups without media very quickly. And I have a lot of media, did expect it to take some time, but it's been hours.

A backup only worked for me today without media. I didn't receive an email about the backup with media.
Backups are something that, IMHO, must be absolutely reliable. This should be a top priority.
Although I'm a "believer" with hundreds of pages, without a functioning backup function, I have no choice but to find another system. I can't risk losing the knowledge I've painstakingly gathered one day.

Luca Joos Hi there - update on this. After reading someone else's post that they had to check includ media files in the backup for it to work, I tried that. And it worked! Success. I still am not getting backups with the default options (all three unchecked) but now I know a workaround at least :)
