Allow Claude to Access Capacities

I would like to see an integration of Capacities into Claude via the Model Contect Protocol.

UPD:
Vibe coded the bridge for Claude and got the MCP running in Genspark agent with a different solution. Collected everything in a repo here: https://github.com/natkitten/capacities-mcp-bridge-unofficial
But, when I was searching for this thread to update the comment, found out that someone actually made a decent app ) https://github.com/jem-computer/capacities-mcp
Old solution:
Managed to get it running via https://mcp-link.vercel.app
Settings for MCP Link that worked
OpenAPI Specification URL: https://api.capacities.io/openapi.json
API Base URL: https://api.capacities.io
HTTP Headers: Authorization: Bearer your-actual-capacities-api-key
And then you get your config json that will look like this:
{
"mcpServers": {
"capacities": {
"url": "YOUR_GENERATED_MCP_LINK"
}
}
}

This could be a quick hack to allow AI to answer questions about your notes.

I'd like to see this as well. I've just started using MCP via claude and its potential is unbelievable. I'd prefer not to assume devs don't know what it is, plus I also suck at explaining it, so for anyone reading, I'd say look it up!
I've stopped using Obsidian for a million frustrating reasons but MCP/Claude integrations is compelling enough that I'm reluctantly needing to consider a switch back.
Please consider, thank you!

This! Claude Desktop and MCP are unbelievable great. Prompts like "save the research to Obsidian and extract action items and add them to Things" and the magic just happens!
I consider switching back to Obsidian, too. MCP is just too powerful to wait a year or so.

Patrick Buchholz Completely agree. For me it's the thing that separates me from subscribing to Capacities Pro. Having acces to my 'memory' when using Claude (via Raycast), would be worth the price alone. Killer feature.
