I am running on a MAC, version 15.7.2. I was away from this Mac and not logged in at all for 12 days. When I came back to use said Mac, I was on 15.7.1 and upgraded to 15.7.2. I went to launch the desktop Capacities app and when I logged in I was treated as a first time user. Everything is gone. I log into the web and nothing from my space is present. With the machine I could have only associated it with one of two email addresses. The other one is not recognized, so I am using the correct account. I was previously able to log into the web app and all my notes/objects/etc were present. They are not there as well either. The desktop app version is 1.55.9. So my question is what happened and can I get it back?
Additional info. Reboot the app does not work and I would not expect it to work since there was nothing present in the web version. Multiple different web browsers were tried and including ones I never used to log into Capacities before.
Thank you.

Hello Beth, thank you for the reply.
As indicated in my original post the reboot the the web app does not work. But, I did try it again as you indicated in case something had changed since my original post.
It yielded the same results and the years' worth of notes are still not present. The experience is presented as I am a brand new user.
Any other advice or suggestions would be welcome! Thanks in advance.

John McGaughey: Hi John, could you share a screenshot of what you can see? Are there no object types in the left sidebar?

Hi Beth, as requested.

John McGaughey: Hi John,
Sorry for having issues.
- Did you have to go through the onboarding after login?
- Did you log in or create a new account?
- Can you see another space in your account settings under "Deleted spaces"?
Thanks for your help.

Hello Steffen Bleher ,
- Yes
- I just logged in and I was treated as a new user. I was on vacation for 12 days and since the mac updated I had to log back in.
- If it is under Settings->Accountyou are referring to, then I do not even see that section. I can onlyDelete my account.
Let me know if anything else is needed. Thank you.

Hi John McGaughey,
We're diagnosing what could be the issue. Could you email us at team@capacities.io with information about the two email addresses you could've used in that machine? We'll follow up from there.
Any other information you can provide in the email (how many spaces you had, their names...) could be useful too.
Thank you!

Luis Martín. I sent an email. Just updating you here in case the email does not make it to it's destination. Thank you!

Hi John McGaughey, sorry for the inconvenience here. Settings > Account > Reboot in the web app should work. Please could you retry following that exact flow?
