Before today's update I could "in place edit" any single & multi select properties that I put on a (custom) object's (default) card view. A down arrow was displayed or would appear on hover on the right side of the property's "space" and clicking that would give me a list of tags to choose from.
Problem:
I can no longer set or change any single or multi select property on the card display of an object. I can only remove a that is selected using the cross icon on the top right corner of its text display on hover.
Note: multi select and using the xxx (don't know what it's called) at the bottom doesn't help as that only allows for changing the selected objects built-in tags.
Note: clicking on a single/multi select property doesn't do anything (anymore) even though the hand icon shows as though an action would be taken. I have to click on some other part of the card to have it open as a page.
This seriously hampers the usability of the card views!
As I now have to open the object before I can change any of these properties.
Note that providing a means (keyboard shortcut, menu option) to show the tag selection dialog would be an improvement, but entirely undesirable as it would still mean extra clicks/strokes in comparison to the previous behavior.
Example from which I took the screenshots:
  • Custom object with three single/multi select properties.
  • Showing them in a gallery view (first screenshot added).
  • No more down arrows on the right of the single/multi select properties (second screenshot added, showing single card). If that was never the case without hovering, they now don't show on hover either.
  • Hovering over a specific tag of a single/multi select property, does show the "x" (third screenshot added).
