It would be helpful to be able to be able to link to a collection in a single/multi-select field. Example:

In my meeting object, I have a field to select attendees from my list of People objects. When I'm meeting with an entire team, I would be nice to be able to select the People collection "Sales Team". We're already able to reference a collection as an object but not able to use this in a single/multi select field.
