Ability to filter Todos by check mark state

I'm aware that Capacities is working on improved task handling. Currently I have created a tag called Task and I also format items with a check box (To do). I can retrieve the Todo items with a query but it seems I can't restrict the query to only show items without a check. I'm hoping an improvement in this coming. I've set up the integration with Microsoft to do -but unfortunately the options in behavior after "sending" the task are not sufficient. I either need to have it disappear from Capacities (not desired) or I need to have it marked as completed immediately upon sending it - also not desired.

I found query a bit lacking for now, as it only act as simple filtering that could be saved as an object. The filter it self isn't that deep. I have use cases for writing meeting notes, where I jot down action items. BUT I couldn't filter it using query. The concept is, we could search tag, that focus on an block. Then we could filter it based on its properties (Have checkbox or not, is checked or not). Also we could filter it by what object are being mentioned in the block.

eg. on my daily note i have my routine in checkboxes, and all are tagged with their relevant tags. however can the tag view of "drank water" show ONLY the ticked checkboxes instead of showing me ALL instances of where i tagged drank water (including unchecked boxes)

I add todo tasks during meetings or standups. Would be nice if I could query all my meeting objects and create a list of open tasks so I can followup on them. Now I have to check each standup seperatly for open tasts.

Search for checkboxes

Checkboxes are a unique item in capacities right now. While the beauty of Capacities is that it uses markdown, I can't search for "[ ]" to search for checkboxes.
I would assume that should be possible because the data that is stored at the end of the day is in markdown.
The same question is for queries as well. I should be able to use "[ ]" to search for all blocks with a checkbox in it.
While this may seem like a task management feature, I think a case may be made for searching for headings using "#", "##", "###", etc as well.

A super simple filter on checked state would be truly very very useful. I can't even do basic task management without this.

It turns out I can search for many things, but not for the special object that is tasks. How can I search for incomplete tasks?

Thank you for your feedback. By tasks, do you mean a separate task object type or a todo block in the text editor? In case the second one is what you mean, the search for blocks is currently not possible.
